HE TOLD ME TO START A SOCK COMPANY...
We are two best friends who's friendship started in 2019 as wrestling partners. And from all those days of encouragement, non-stop hustling, and kicking each other's butts, we have found a loving friendship focused around a heart for God. In 2023, a buddy of ours told Bo that he should start a sock company (for his love of fun socks). Funny enough, Jake had a love for fun underwear. As the year closed out, we realized maybe we put our two simplest forms of joy in this life together to make a business dedicated to connection, motivation, and taking risks while around a heart for the Lord.

I grew up going to church every week with my family like most traditional Christian households. But, it wasn’t until 5th grade I made the decision for myself to be saved. For years, I went to youth group and attended Younglife my last two years of highschool. During my sophomore year, I was put in a position where I would attend church on my own accord without any of my family members. This gave me the realization how much serving my community became a virtue to every step of my life. To me, Together Woven is a project that empowers everlasting growth in every aspect of life. It is a tangible piece of my brotherhood with Jake that others can develop in their own communities/relationships.
My name is Jaycob Sales
I grew up in a mentally and physically abusive household, so I never really got to understand what church was about. It wasn’t until I met Bo where he showed me the power of the Lord and took me to church, where I felt at home, where I felt safe. My first interaction with the Lord was when my father told me to commit suicide-which I almost did, until my football coach called me not knowing he had given me a brighter purpose through what I loved. And now, I attend church and spread the word through my conversations with others. To me, Together Woven is a project that creates a home for people who are lost, people who don’t know how to express their love for the Lord, and mainly for people who don’t have the opportunity to get to understand the church.
